HANG UP YOUR PHONE!  Don't you realize it's RUDE to walk up to the cashier, receptionist, etc. while still on the phone?  If the conversation is so important, you should have it in private- because no one around you cares to hear your conversation.  If it's not important than we really don't want to hear it..
